My favorite baseball player since I went to my first game at Wrigley almost twelve years ago and saw him pitch one of the best games of his career retired today. Needless to say, I’m heartbroken.

Woody only gave up 1 hit to the Astros’ Ricky Gutierrez on what looked liked to be an error, but was scored a hit. No walks given up, either.
